The Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association is a non-profit organization registered in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as of May 29th 2007.

Tax-Exempt Status

At this time the Pennsylvania Firearm Owners Association operates as a 501(c)4 tax-exempt organization, as such donations made to us are not tax-deductible.
